Online capability plus outbound and inbound Telemarketing

One of Europe’s largest publishers of IT titles had been running an annual awards event, acknowledged as one of the highlights of the IT calendar, for which readers were invited to vote for their preferred suppliers in a variety of product and service categories. TJC were contracted to design and execute the voting programme and developed a database-driven, password protected, online voting platform which co-ordinates with an outbound and inbound telephone research process. The system itself was designed to capture 20 different sets of data with analysis and reporting supplied on a weekly and monthly basis.

We capture and record an average of 600 interactions each month (up to 10,800 individual sets of data), culminating in well over 1,300 individual completed voting forms; significantly more than had been achieved in earlier years.
