Circulation and enquiry management to support the launch of a new B2B publication

The circulation of this title, one of three business-to–business journals published by a specialist UK publisher, had been subcontracted to a third party since its launch 15 years ago.  Since then a great deal of effort had been put into developing a market-leading editorial product however it was acknowledged that, at the time of its launch, the market sector was not well defined and that this needed to be addressed.  The publishers therefore commissioned TJC to identify the definitive universe of relevant companies and then embark on a programme of reader registration among this defined target group.

Within the project, all circulation control and reader enquiry management was assigned to TJC and the results were not only significantly improved intelligence on the target market, but also rapid and comprehensive analysis, reporting and reader enquiry handling.  As a bonus, the cost of this dramatically improved ongoing circulation management has been at virtually the same level as the previous supplier.
